How should I store my tea to keep it fresh?
To maintain optimal flavor, store your tea in a cool, dark place away from strong odors, heat, and moisture. Our foil-lined pouches are designed to keep air out, but an airtight tin is even better for loose leaf varieties.
Are Stash Tea bags compostable?
Yes, our standard tea bags are made from sustainable wood pulp and are 100% compostable. We do not use plastic mesh or staples in our tea bag construction.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders, with free shipping available on orders over $50. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via standard ground shipping.
Do you offer caffeine-free options?
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of herbal tea blends and decaffeinated black and green teas. You can easily filter our shop by caffeine level to find the perfect blend for any time of day.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea. However, if there is an issue with your order or a quality concern, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
